Ajit Kumar

Ajit is a senior professional in the Banking and Financial Services industry in India. He has over three decades of experience in the retail and commercial finance business, with functional expertise in Marketing and Sales, Credit and Recoveries. His areas of specialization includes:

This has helped in building customer loyalty and building strong brands, which the customer identifies strongly with. Ajit also inculcated a strong sense of ownership in his teams, which helps to identify the right customers from the credit and entrepreneurship perspectives.

  Ajit was the Executive Vice President in Kotak Mahindra Bank in the commercial banking business, specifically in Commercial Vehicles, Infrastructure Finance, Tractor Finance, both in the asset funding and working capital verticals, in business and credit functions. Prior to that, he was in a managerial position in SRF Finance, Delhi for Car Finance and Commercial Vehicle financing.

  Ajit’s extra curricular interests include reading and keeping up to date with the latest in technology.

  Ajit is an alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, from where he had graduated in B.Com (Hons) in 1978.







Ramakrishnan

Ramakrishnan, is a Business & Management Consultant providing various structured and strategic inputs to Entrepreneurs, Start-ups and SMEs. Prior to setting up his Management Consulting Practice, he was involved in the Banking and Financial Services Industry for close to 18 years with Industry Leaders. He was associated with Kotak Mahindra Bank as Senior Vice President and Business Head for Infrastructure and Construction Equipment Finance business which he initiated as a Product Head in 2003 and built a strong Profit Centre with a team upwards of 120 encompassing all functions. The CE business of Kotak Mahindra Bank had leadership position during his tenure. His key expertise include among others hands on experience in handling Commercial Business Banking including wholesale and trade products for Infrastructure and Logistics businesses.

He has entrepreneurial exposure of having started a NBFC focused on Microfinance from April 2010 to September 2011, he exited the business after having been a Director and CFO and thereafter closely worked with a Society providing Education and Skillset Financing as a Strategy Consultant for Business Partnerships and Compliance.

Apart from being a Director with Avant Finwise Pvt Ltd., Ramakrishnan is involved as a Managing Partner with a boutique Consulting Company in Bangalore and is handling Corporate Finance & Investment Banking in the Company. He also has Directorship/Advisor relationship with some of the Companies he has consulting relationship.

Academically, Ramakrishnan possesses Executive MBA from IIM Bangalore and PG in Commerce and PGD in Financial Management.

Ramakrishnan’s interests are in Mentoring early stage Companies and entrepreneurs and part of this initiative he is empaneled as a Mentor with NIT, Trichirapalli




Anoop Gairola

Anoop has been a Senior Banking & Financial Services Professional with nearly two decades of diversified exposure.This includes Commercial Business Banking, Infrastructure Financing & Retail Assets and Priority sector lending. High and consistent performance track record with accomplishments in marketing and sales, customer relationship management, collection and recovery management, Asset reconstruction approaching recovery management as a profit centre while administering high performing teams. He possesses a strong ability for developing mutually beneficial partnerships and communicating effectively with all levels of decision makers and stake holders.

Anuj Kuthialla

A Retail Banking professional, with 20 years of experience in areas like Asset Reconstruction and Retail Assets. Among Retail Assets Anuj, has experience in Priority Sector Assets like Commercial Vehicles, Agriculture Vehicle Finance, LCVs etc., and had consistently high performance track record.

Currently, he is running an advisory firm for special situation & stressed assets to various industries.

Key Expertise areas include acquisitions of distress assets and turnaround of companies. Sectors he has dealt with are Hospitality, Textile, Education, Real Estate, Food, Oil, Steel, Ceramics, Infrastructure and so on.
In Commercial Banking, he has hands on experience in Commercial Vehicles, where he has managed All India operations for LCV’s, with Kotak Bank.

In Asset Reconstruction, he worked with Phoenix ARC (sponsored by Kotak Bank), where he served in the acquisition side as a Vice President. Prior to joining Phoenix ARC, he worked in the Asset Reconstruction Division and the Commercial Banking Division of Kotak Bank.
